Roje and Pam are the BEST! My fiancee and I went in to trade my ‘21 Subaru Forester and they made it wicked easy. 3 days later, I drove out of there with a brand new 2024 Subaru Forester, Wilderness edition. They really took the time to discuss financial options with me and were super honest and transparent the entire time. I had a blast working with them. An absolutely amazing dealership! Big, busy and full of options. Tyler, our sales associate was the best. He was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I will definitely return when I need a car again. I was a difficult customer— indecisive, inpatient, and in many ways uncooperative. I knew what I wanted until I changed my mind several times. Through it all Kiana, the sales rep who worked with me just adjusted the vehicle options for me to consider. To top it off, I refused to come to the show room until I was certain that I had what I wanted at a good price. I finally arrived at the showroom and everyone was gracious, and friendly. I got the best offer on my trade in and love love love my Ascent Touring. I even changed my mind on the color while there and Kiana sold me the vehicle in the showroom. I plan to have my car service at Bertera Subaru and hope that they are as “on it” as their sales team. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were spectacular.

We got our car before the end of 2024 and we got a great deal from them. Our experience has been terrific! We had the pleasure of having Kiana as our salesman and she is really great to work with. We would recommend her to anyone who is going to this dealership. She wasn't pushy or aggressive with her sales, she lets you take your time and think about it. Special shoutout to Pam in finance as well, she made sure that we understood everything before signing anything. We had a fun time with her as well!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience buying my new car from Bertara. I live in Virginia, and due to some circumstances, ended up having to purchase a car in CT. I think I lucked out because the staff couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating helping me figure out how to navigate the situation and setting me up with my new vehicle. Chris, the sales manager was extremely understanding and patient throughout the entire 4 month process. Chris eventually handed me off to Vinnie, who made the whole matter of prepping the paperwork and logistics as easy as possible. When I flew up to CT on the day to pick up the vehicle, Vinny graciously picked me up from the airport... on his day off too! Vinny is an incredible person, with and equally great taste in music. It was a joy to work with him. When it came time to do the deal and sign the paperwork, I met Pam. She is the only person I have ever met that I will say loves her dogs the same way I do. She was extremely efficient in getting through the paperwork and sooner than I knew it, I was driving back home in my sweet new ride, with hours of new album recommendations from Vinny queued up. Thank you to everyone at Bertara for helping me through this and finding me a vehicle that I am extremely happy with.
